Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sme's at Safwa Islamic Bank located in Amman. The Head of Sme's will be responsible for managing and overseeing the Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) department. This includes developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain SME clients, managing a team of professionals, assessing creditworthiness, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
