Key aspects of the role include:
- Developing and executing strategic sales, marketing, and pricing plans, budgets, forecasts, and objectives in agreement with the line manager.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed assigned targets.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by consistently converting leads into accounts.
- Provide technical support to customers when required.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status related to assigned products.
- Liaise with the suppliers on technical and purchasing.
- Present market feedback, and sales/development reports to the management team.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Only candidates currently based in Jordan will be considered.
- University degree in chemistry or chemical engineering.
- Minimum 5 – 7 years of sales experience within the Chemicals Industry.
- Experience in Personal Care and Home Care Chemicals is a must.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
- Practical knowledge of marketing plans and strategies.
- Strong negotiation abilities and a customer-centric approach.
