Job Description
We are looking to hire an Assistant Sales Manager for one of our clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 35years experience in Freight Logistics Sales position
- Proven track record in meeting targets
- Fluent in English written and oral
- Diploma in Marketing or Management
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
- Support the sales team by providing guidance training and motivation to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Monitor sales performance and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop promotional strategies and campaigns to drive sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.
- Assist in the recruitment training and performance evaluation of sales staff.
- Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
