We are looking to hire a Field Sales Representative for one of our clients.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of field sales experience preferably in the toy industry or related field.
- Education: A/Ls
Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients including toy stores educational institutions and other retailers.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product range and effectively communicate the benefits and features to customers.
- Market Expansion: Identify and establish new sales territories and conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitors.
- Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to showcase the unique qualities and benefits of our wooden toys.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and sales progress.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team to contribute to the continuous improvement of our products.
- Travel: Travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and attend trade shows exhibitions and events as required.
