Beauty Advisor

We are looking to hire a Beauty Advisor for one of our clients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Beauty Advisor or in a similar role preferably in the fragrance skincare or cosmetics industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.
• Passion for beauty products and a strong desire to learn and grow in the beauty industry.
• Customerfocused mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong sales and customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and engage them in conversations to understand their beauty needs and preferences.
• Provide personalized beauty consultations and recommendations to customers including skincare routines makeup application techniques and fragrance selections.
• Develop a deep understanding of our beauty products including ingredients benefits and usage instructions.
• Demonstrate products to customers explaining their features benefits and how to use them effectively.
• Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and desires upselling and crossselling as appropriate.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries concerns and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ensure that products are properly displayed and merchandised on shelves and counters to attract customers attention.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking and replenishing products as needed.
• Participate in promotional events product launches and beauty workshops to promote brand awareness and drive sales.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and initiatives effectively.
• Stay updated on beauty trends industry developments and product knowledge through training sessions and selfdirected learning.
• Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.
