Job Description

We are looking to hire a Brand Manager for one of our clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management or marketing preferably in the fragrance cosmetics or skincare industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with demand planning and forecasting methodologies.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies that drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to drive brand awareness growth and market share.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends competitive landscape and opportunities for product innovation.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from new product development to product discontinuation ensuring alignment with brand strategy and market demand.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to execute product launches promotions and marketing campaigns effectively.
  • Utilize demand planning tools and methodologies to forecast product demand accurately and optimize inventory levels.
  • Monitor sales performance and market trends to adjust demand forecasts and inventory plans accordingly.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans and promotional campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing collateral advertising materials and digital content.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics including sales performance market share and consumer feedback.
  • Use datadriven insights to evaluate brand performance and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams including sales product development and supply chain to align brand strategies with business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive collaboration and achieve brand goals.
