We are looking to hire a Brand Manager for one of our clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management or marketing preferably in the fragrance cosmetics or skincare industry.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with demand planning and forecasting methodologies.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies that drive business results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to drive brand awareness growth and market share.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends competitive landscape and opportunities for product innovation.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from new product development to product discontinuation ensuring alignment with brand strategy and market demand.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to execute product launches promotions and marketing campaigns effectively.
- Utilize demand planning tools and methodologies to forecast product demand accurately and optimize inventory levels.
- Monitor sales performance and market trends to adjust demand forecasts and inventory plans accordingly.
- Develop and execute marketing plans and promotional campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing collateral advertising materials and digital content.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics including sales performance market share and consumer feedback.
- Use datadriven insights to evaluate brand performance and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including sales product development and supply chain to align brand strategies with business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive collaboration and achieve brand goals.
