Job Description

We are looking to hire a Marketing Manager for one of our clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field or Professional Certification from SLIM/CIM.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive business results.
  • Strong technical acumen and proficiency in digital marketing platforms and AI marketing tools.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Excellent communication in English & Sinhala (Tamil would be an added advantage) interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness customer acquisition and sales growth.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Utilize cuttingedge technologies and AI marketing tools to optimize digital marketing campaigns and customer engagement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage and enhance the brand image through impactful messaging storytelling and visual identity across all channels.
  • Ensure brand consistency and integrity in all marketing materials and communications.
  • Develop and execute product launch strategies to drive excitement and demand for new product releases.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends and opportunities for product innovation.
  • Create compelling content for various marketing channels including social media email website and advertising.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to engage target audiences and drive conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Identify areas for optimization and implement datadriven strategies to improve campaign performance and ROI.
