Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

• Facilitate employee onboarding, orientation, and training initiatives.

• Address and manage employee relations, ensuring a positive workplace environment.

• Oversee benefits and compensation management, adhering to company policies and legal standards.

• Maintain comprehensive records of employee attendance, leave, and performance reviews.

• Collaborate with management to formulate and implement HR policies and procedures.

• Guarantee compliance with all labor laws and regulations.

• Perform various administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.

• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.

• Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences.

• Manage the office budget and ensure cost-effective operations.

• Handle office maintenance and liaise with facility management for any office-related issues.

• Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.

• Oversee and manage the administrative staff, ensuring efficient office operations.
