End-of-year performance evaluations are tracked and maintained in the employee’s files.

Support the Human Resources Officer/Coordinator in completing the evaluation process for the employees in the hotel.
2. Payroll & Attendance Sheet:
.
Ensure that vacations are signed by the employees and the concerned HOD’s.
.
Distribute the printed vacations to the whole department and ensure the returned vacations count.
.
Vacation and sick leave are tracked and maintained in the employee’s files.
.
Filing the signed PAF’s “Terminations, New Hires and Promotions &ip;etc.
3. Recruitment & Termination Processes:
.
Implementation of the interview process from A-Z.
.
Coordinate with the concerned HOD’s and HR department regarding the scheduled interviews.
.
Prepare the interview schedule and send it by email to the concerned.
.
Fill the data on the recruitment sheet and make sure that it will be updated on a daily basis.
.
Coordinate with the new joiners regarding completing the requested papers, joining date, orientation, and their uniform fitting process.
.
CVs are distributed to their files and followed up.
4. Onboarding Process:
.
Ensure that the whole new joiners are conducting the hotel’s orientation.
.
Ensure that the new joiners have received the employee’s handbook.
.
Implementation of the signature of the employee’s contracts, acknowledgments, and all concerned papers.
.
Prepare the employees welcome on-board announcement.
.
Coordinate with the hotel’s Laundry in charge regarding the new joiner’s uniforms and fitting.
.
Prepare the name tags, lockers of the new joiners, and employee’s punch cards.
.
All new joiners are personally welcomed and necessary paperwork is completed in an organized on efficient manner.
.
New joiner starting dates are communicated and coordinated with the respective HODs and the Training department.
.
Employee’s reference checks are maintained correctly and before the joining date.
5. Administration:
Every employee has a complete employee file including the brand requirements " policies, acknowledgments, and official doents, etc.
Employee’s anniversaries and occasions are tracked and anniversary gifts and cards are personally handed over by the Head or Department, Hotel, and/or General Manager.
Filing the filled TTTT “Probation Period” evaluation forms and ensure they are tracked following the hotel standard.
Filing the new hire & terminations & update the folders.
Check the new hire's contracts – papers & all requirements are correct.
Employees handbook distribution.
Employee advertisement boards update.
Prepare the hotel announcements.
