Job Description
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage the endtoend recruitment process including sourcing screening interviewing and selection.
Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation to foster a positive onboarding experience.

Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues providing guidance and resolution.
Conduct investigations into employee complaints or conflicts and recommend appropriate actions.

Performance Management:
Support performance management processes including goal setting performance reviews and development planning.
Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on performancerelated matters.

Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all federal state and local employment laws and regulations.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements.

HR Administration:
Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data entry and maintenance.
Maintain employee files and records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

Benefits Administration:
Administer employee benefits programs including enrollments changes and terminations.
Serve as a resource for employees regarding benefitsrelated questions and issues
