Qualification : MBA / MSW
Experience: 510 years in Textiles
Salary: 35000/ to 40000/
Language : Hindi English Tamil
Timing : 9.00 am 5.30 pm
Location: Sipcot Erode.
Job Description :
- Well versed in PF/ESI/Bonus/Gratuity/recruitments of workers and staff/on boarding and training of employeeswelfare activities
- Liasoning with Govt officers for various licenses/Compliance/Safety/Counselling of employees/Motivational programs
- Hostel management/security/transport/Admin/Canteen food
- Timely preparation of Salary/Attendance/Reducing absenteeism and Attrition of employees
- Good communication skills orally and thro mails/Knowing Hindi will be an added advantage.
