Job Description
Clean and organize large datasets for analysis and visualization using statistical methods; verify and ensure accuracy integrity and consistency of data
Identifying trends and patterns in data and using this information to drive business decisions
Create the requirement artefacts e.g. Functional specification document use cases requirement traceability matrix business test cases and process mapping documents user stories for analytics projects
Build highly impactful and intuitive dashboards that bring the underlying data to life through insights
Generate adhoc analysis for leadership to deliver relevant actionoriented and innovative recommendations
Operational Excellence
Improve data quality by using and improving tools to automatically detect issues
Develop analytical solutions or dashboards using usercentric design techniques in alignment with ACT s protocol
Study industry/organization benchmarks and design/develop analytical solutions to monitor or improve business performance across retail marketing and other business areas
Stakeholder Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop data dashboards using tools such as Excel Power BI and Alteryx. These dashboards will provide critical insights into salesforce performance and customer engagement metrics.
- Conduct extensive data analysis to support various sales initiatives. This includes data collection cleansing processing and interpretation to inform decisionmaking.
- Provide analytical support working closely with the banks team to ensure the timely delivery of insights and solutions.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand their needs and tailor data solutions accordingly. This includes regular reporting and presenting findings to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Develop and implement automation scripts and processes to streamline data handling and reporting activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Prior experience in banking or NBFC sector experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- The ideal candidate will have proficiency in data tools such as Excel Power BI Alteryx or other coding tools for automation
- Strong command over data visualization tools and techniques with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey data findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
