Job Description

This is a remote position.

Job Summary: The Human Resources Execuitve is responsible for overseeing various HR functions including recruitment employee relations performance management compliance and HR policy development. This role will play a key part in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring the effective implementation of HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:

    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings resume screening interviewing and onboarding.
    • Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

  • Employee Relations:

    • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
    • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
    • Conduct investigations and resolve employee issues in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Performance Management:

    • Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
    • Support managers in conducting performance appraisals and providing constructive feedback.
    • Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.

  • Compliance and Policy Development:

    • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
    • Develop update and implement HR policies and procedures.
    • Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records and HR documentation.

  • Compensation and Benefits:

    • Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
    • Provide information to employees regarding benefits options and enrollment procedures.
    • Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits.
  • HR Projects and Initiatives:

    • Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and practices.
    • Support diversity and inclusion efforts and promote a culture of respect and equality.
    • Conduct HRrelated research and analysis as needed.

Requirements


Qualifications:

  • Master s degree in Human Resources
  • 1 year of experience in HR department
  • Knowledge of HR principles practices and employment laws.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
