JOB Description:
Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards social media and networking events.
2. Job Postings: Create and manage job postings on various platforms to attract potential candidates.
3. Screening Resumes: Review and screen resumes to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
4. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
5.Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
6. Reach out to the candidate and call them.
7.Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
Qualifications:
Any Graduate
Good Communication
Office location : Noida
Working Days : 5 Days
