Responsibilities:

• Assist in the full recruitment cycle including job postings resume screening interviewing and onboarding.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and job descriptions for open positions.
• Maintain and update recruitment records and databases.
• Schedule and organize interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
• Handle recruitmentrelated queries and communications.
• Support HR team in various administrative tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Currently studying management (Bachelors or Masters) or recent graduates.
• Women looking to restart their careers are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eager to learn and grow in the HR field.
