Job Summary: The Human Resources Execuitve is responsible for overseeing various HR functions including recruitment employee relations performance management compliance and HR policy development. This role will play a key part in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring the effective implementation of HR strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings resume screening interviewing and onboarding.
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Conduct investigations and resolve employee issues in a fair and consistent manner.
Performance Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
- Support managers in conducting performance appraisals and providing constructive feedback.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.
Compliance and Policy Development:
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop update and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records and HR documentation.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Provide information to employees regarding benefits options and enrollment procedures.
- Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits.
HR Projects and Initiatives:
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and practices.
- Support diversity and inclusion efforts and promote a culture of respect and equality.
- Conduct HRrelated research and analysis as needed.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master s degree in Human Resources
- 1 year of experience in HR department
- Knowledge of HR principles practices and employment laws.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
