Client Relationship Executive

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and provide required solutions.
  
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  
• Conduct regular reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any areas for improvement.
  
• Monitor account performance identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
  
• Keep uptodate with industry trends and developments to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
  
• Manage and update customer information in the CRM system ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  
• Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and reports providing regular updates to management.
  

Requirements

• Any Graduate
• Experience Required 2 Year
  
• Excellent English communication is a must
  
• Good Grip in Excel is a plus
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of the organization.
  
• Demonstrated success in driving customer engagement and loyalty.
