Job Description
JewelsHire a distinguished leader in the realm of jewellery industry recruitment extends its invitation for a position at a renowned jewellery manufacturer located in Andheri East Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and provide required solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Conduct regular reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any areas for improvement.
- Monitor account performance identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Keep uptodate with industry trends and developments to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
- Manage and update customer information in the CRM system ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and reports providing regular updates to management.
Requirements
- Any Graduate
- Experience Required 2 Year
- Excellent English communication is a must
- Good Grip in Excel is a plus
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated success in driving customer engagement and loyalty.
