Customer Service

1. Provide excellent customer service to clients in person over the phone and via email.
   
2. Schedule appointments and consultations ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
   
3. Greet clients upon arrival and ensure they feel welcome and comfortable.
   
4. Assist clients with product selection providing information on features benefits and usage.
   
5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently including cash credit card and electronic payments.
   
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas.
   
7. Answer inquiries and address concerns promptly and professionally.
   
8. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing data entry and inventory management.
   
9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience.
   
10. Promote and upsell additional products and services to clients as appropriate.
    

Requirements

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
   
2. Proven experience in a customer service role preferably in the aesthetic industry.
   
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
   
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
   
5. Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and remain calm under pressure.
   
6. Proficiency in computer skills including MS Office and appointment scheduling software.
   
7. Knowledge of aesthetic treatments products and procedures is desirable.
   
8. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
   
9. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
   
10. Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
