Job Description:
- Respond promptly and professionally to phone reservations from various outlets accurately documenting all reservation details.
- Provide clear and helpful information to customers regarding available services pricing and any other inquiries they may have.
- Collaborate with outlets to coordinate reservation schedules and ensure that all bookings are handled efficiently and accurately.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the different outlets facilitating smooth communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of customer information always ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Proactively seek feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- To perform any other duties as assigned immediate superior or any other person assigned by the Management.
Requirements
- Able to speak Mandarin fluently.
- Minimum SPM graduated.
- Organized and efficient in daily tasks.
- Basic verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
- Goaloriented organized team player.
- Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying to actively look for ways to help people.
- Proficiency in using office software applications telephone systems and other relevant tools.

Remmuneration:
Salary range is within RM2200RM2800 allowance and monthly tips will be given
