Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service/Sales Representative (Automotive)
Location: Damansara City Mall
Salary Range: RM 2500 RM 3000 per month
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team at Damansara City Mall. As a Customer Service/Sales Representative you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling automotive products to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers responding to their inquiries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner
- Sell automotive products including car accessories auto care products and other related items
- Meet and exceed sales targets and customer service standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Stay uptodate with product knowledge and promotions to provide informed recommendations to customers
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a fair and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of sales customer interactions and inventory management
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Marketing Business or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with high energy levels
- Strong problemsolving and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and work towards goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the automotive industry or related field
- Knowledge of car accessories auto care products or other related products
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and sales strategies
