Customer Service Specialist (Damansara City Mall)
Job Description
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues through various channels (phone email chat inperson) to address inquiries complaints or requests.
- Offerings and provide accurate information to customers including product features pricing availability and usage guidelines.
- Responsible for managing customer accounts updating information and handling accountrelated queries or modifications.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions transactions complaints and resolutions for future reference and analysis.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above in any field.
- Preferable to have a minimum of 1 years experience in Customer Servicerelated areas.
- Working experience in the call centre or automotive preferred.
- A quick and willing learner that can master all details of our product and call taking techniques.
- Customercentric / Strong customer service mindset.
Job Type
- 5 days a week rotational shift
Salary
- Basic RM3000
- KPI allowance up to RM300
