Business Development - Financial Service Industry

Responsibilities:

Business Development (Lending Segment):

• Establish connections and collaborate with banks and funds.
• Engage in sales activities with clients both new and existing customers.

Details:

• Act as the primary point of contact for all customerrelated matters.
• Cultivate and maintain strong enduring customer relationships.
• Develop a trusted advisor status with key accounts customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Explore new business opportunities with existing clients and identify areas for improvement to surpass sales quotas.
• Forecast and monitor key account metrics such as quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
• Prepare reports on the status of accounts.
• Assist with highpriority requests or escalate issues as necessary.

Requirements:

• Extensive background in retail banking particularly in credit risk management and sales channels.
• Demonstrated experience in providing clientfocused solutions based on customer needs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional listening negotiation and presentation skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Banking or relevant fields.
