Our client is a rapidly expanding ecommerce enterprise powered by advanced technology that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
- Efficiently manage the team to ensure timely filling of vacancies across all functional areas.
- Assess and forecast staffing requirements to develop strategic talent acquisition plans and hiring strategies.
- Devise and implement improved recruitment methods and innovative hiring solutions.
- Oversee the recruitment budget and evaluate the effectiveness of various recruitment sources.
- Actively engage with the team to promptly address and resolve any arising issues.
- Oversee the management of hiring reports and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) identifying and implementing areas for improvement.
- Work in conjunction with other HR functions and business units to enhance employee experience through engagement activities orientation sessions and other initiatives.
- Undertake other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 8 years in the recruitment function with at least 2 years at a team lead level.
- Industry Background: Experience in technology recruitment; startup experience is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong command of English.
- Data Management: Ability to manage data effectively and make datadriven decisions.
- Proactivity and Analytical Skills: Demonstrates a proactive "cando" attitude coupled with strong analytical skills.
- Stress Management: Capable of working under pressure while managing demands and priorities positively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong human relations planning leadership decisionmaking and communication skills.
