Our client is a leading bank in Vietnam who is looking for an experienced talent to join their firm:
- Proactively evaluate analyze and trend the market to find growth possibilities and problems in the sector
- Create unique CVPs and products to solve clients pain points and unmet requirements by developing a knowledge of consumer demands and industry experience;
- Create or evaluate a company operating model and business execution strategy to meet both financial and nonfinancial objectives.
- Take proactive action and follow up both within and outside of CIBG to ensure that execution meets and exceeds plan.
- Create thought leadership skills to support company branding and the growth of the FI sector and FDI
- Establish and maintain strategic and productive relationships with client senior executives (chairman CEO CFO and treasurers) to retain business and seize new possibilities
- Extend customer coverage to foreign financial institutions (FI segments) that regularly invest in Vietnam such as securities mutual funds and sovereign funds.
- Organize the sales solution and service delivery teams to guarantee that the target customers get greater CVPs hence increasing the client wallet share across many products (TB markets IB and segments).
- Take the initiative follow up and seek out creative solutions to enhance the goods and services you provide customers.
- Act as companys representative and take responsibility for business growth service risk management and the efficient provision of company goods and services to customers.
- Manage the planning and execution of their functions human resources (headcount & expenses).
- Recruit train and retain the best people to build a highperforming team.
- Define and convey to reporting line staff the function individual KRAs/KPIs objectives action plan and outcomes.
- Monitor function performance and provide frequent feedback in accordance with the yearly cycle of performance management;
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Finance/Banking or related majors
- At least 15 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry preferably in FI institutional sales relationship management fixed income
- Proven work experience in building up/growing FI businesses preferably in regional and global banks
- At least 10 years of prior leadership experience
- Significant prior experience dealing with foreign institutional investors preferably in the areas of supranational funds securities insurance and public finance
