Our client is a global luxury brand that is looking for experienced talent to join their firm:

The Senior CRM Executive is responsible for executing CRM activities maintaining and developing the relationship between the company and its customers and creating business development opportunities through CRM initiatives.

1. Customer Database Management:
  • Utilize and manage various systems to ensure highquality customer data as a basis for all CRM activities.
2. Loyalty Programs Management:
  • Deliver suitable treatments (events gifts coupons etc.) to each customer segment to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure and enhance the quality of each treatment delivered to customers.
3. Data Analysis and Improvement:
  • Analyze customer data and propose changes to improve the effectiveness of acquisition retention and upselling programs.
4. Customer Experience and Service Standards:
  • Ensure customer experience and customer service standards are well maintained.
5. CrossFunctional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver optimized CRM campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to deliver client communication schemes.
6. Budget and Stock Management:
  • Manage CRM spending budget and stock.
7. Reporting and Analytics:
  • Deliver reports and analytics as required by managers.


Requirements

1. Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Economics Business Administration Marketing or related fields.

2. Experience:

  • At least 5 years of proven working experience in customer service customer experience private banking guest relations or partnership management.

3. Skills:

  • Fluent in written and spoken English (TOEIC 700 IELTS 6.5 or above).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Strong synthesis analysis and reporting skills.
  • Handson experience with CRM software/systems is preferred.
  • Event planning and execution experience is an advantage.
