The Senior CRM Executive is responsible for executing CRM activities maintaining and developing the relationship between the company and its customers and creating business development opportunities through CRM initiatives.

Strong synthesis analysis and reporting skills.
Handson experience with CRM software/systems is preferred.
Event planning and execution experience is an advantage.
