Store Manager Luxury Cosmetics

• Implement strategies to increase sales on a monthly quarterly and yearly basis.
  
• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve targets.
  
• Oversee all sales activities to ensure efficient and effective sales operations.
  
• Continuously drive and monitor sales performance against set targets.
  
• Prepare and analyze business metrics such as APT (Average Transaction Value) UPT (Units Per Transaction) commodity index customer data retention rate and conversion rate. Provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  
• Ensure adherence to operational standards and procedures.
  
• Oversee daily store activities to ensure smooth operations.
  
• Maintain the visual merchandising and overall presentation of the store.
  
• Manage recruitment training programs and employee development initiatives.
  
• Organize work schedules and manage staff attendance.
  
• Foster a positive and professional work environment.
  
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  
• Oversee all aspects of customer service operations.
  
• Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback.
  
• Develop strategies to attract and retain customers.
  
• Oversee inventory management and ensure efficient stock control.
  
• Assess product performance and market trends.
  
• Make purchasing decisions to meet customer demand and optimize inventory.
  

Requirements

• Graduating from college or higher
  
• At least 2 years management skills in luxury retail or similar qualifications
  
• English/French/Japanese or Chinese is an advantage
  
• Experience in retail fashion executive management skills is an advantage
  
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office skills
