• Identify and establish relationships with potential customers.
  
• Negotiate and manage business development matters directly with resource partners.
  
• Collaborate with partners to monitor contract implementation and prevent arising issues.
  
• Manage risks by identifying them developing handling plans and coordinating with departments; address copyrightrelated issues.
  
• Conduct market research analyze competitors and update new and effective business trends.
  
• Develop performance evaluation criteria and directly train and develop employee capabilities.
  

Requirements

• C kinh nghi m qu n l d n ki n th c chuy n s u v th tr ng kinh doanh n i dung ki n th c c n b n v qu n tr kinh doanh.
  
• T duy logic chi n l c s ng t o v ph c v kh ch h ng.
  
• C k n ng t o l p v tri n khai k ho ch m ph n v thuy t ph c ph n t ch v gi i quy t v n qu n l h th ng v qu n tr nh n s .
  

• Bachelors or Associates degree in Business Administration Economics or related fields.
  
• Proficient in English with an IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent certification.
  
• Preferably 23 years of work experience (candidates from unrelated fields are accepted).
  
• Experience in project management deep knowledge of the content business market and basic knowledge of business administration.
  
• Logical strategic creative thinking and customer serviceoriented.
  
• Skills in planning and execution negotiation and persuasion analysis and problemsolving system management and personnel management.
