Key Accountabilities
1. Market Research
- Organize market research activities for the brands in charge (planning selecting partners organizing and supervising implementation etc.).
- Monitor and analyze customer and market information by reviewing indicators such as sales market share projected profits pricing and distribution and conduct customer research.
- Analyze sales data to update brand or product portfolios identify new products and eliminate products that do not meet desired performance.
2. Brand/Product Building and Management
- Develop marketing plans implement marketing strategies brand and communication for agreedupon brands and ensure achieving the agreedupon marketing objectives or designated brands.
- Develop marketing plans for current and new products improve current products and enhance packaging quality.
- Plan develop and direct marketing activities for a specific brand or product.
- Implement strategies with crossfunctional teams.
- Manage external marketing partners such as advertising agencies digital marketing companies and production companies.
- Supervise brand content.
- Manage access to brand assets.
- Support the integration of campaigns with brand consistency.
3. New Product Research and Development
- Work closely with departments such as production and R&D to develop packaging and products related to the brand.
- Conduct testing to launch new/improved products.
4. Brand and Trademark Risk Management
- Responsible for detecting forecasting and handling risks of the brands in charge.
5. Other Tasks
- Other duties as assigned.
Key Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Economics Business Administration or related fields.
- At least 5 years of marketing experience preferably in FMCG pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
- Fluent in Vietnamese; English is a plus but not required.
- Proven success in brand management including developing and executing marketing plans.
- Strong understanding of marketing and business operations in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent skills in marketing especially in planning and project management.
- Strong analytical decisionmaking and influencing skills. Good at communication and presenting ideas.
- Ability to inspire motivate and lead project teams to achieve outstanding results.
