Job Description

Key Accountabilities

1. Recruitment & Selection:

  • Develop annual recruitment plans aligned with the business plan of the company and departments.
  • Identify and implement methods to attract and generate a pool of applicants.
  • Establish a clear and effective recruitment process.
  • Participate in workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Participate in interviewing and selecting personnel for senior manager and key positions.

2. Employer Branding Development:

  • Promote the companys brand through online channels (website Facebook LinkedIn Zalo...) or offline channels: job fairs seminars with universities etc.
  • Build the companys recruitment website to ensure that candidates can easily access job opportunities and stay updated on company information.
  • Organize and participate in workshops community events awards press conferences meetings with government representatives ministries... to contribute to enhancing the employer brand.

3. Involvement in HR Projects:

Participate in the development contribution of ideas and implementation of strategic HR projects to contribute to the companys overall goals and vision.

4. HR Training:

  • Develop monthly quarterly and annual training plans for the company.
  • Develop a strategy and plan for capacity development programs in line with business strategy including: leadership development programs professional skills development programs core competencies development programs in line with organizational culture...
  • Develop and allocate annual quarterly and monthly training plans and training budgets.
  • Implement training programs according to plan.
  • Participate in the project of building and evaluating personnel according to the competency framework.

5. Other Tasks:

  • Be responsible for preparing weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ annual recruitment and training reports and other reports as required by superiors.
  • Connect with departments in the company to regularly update on the HR situation to propose appropriate solutions.
  • Effectively manage team in operation.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or higher preferably in Human Resources Management Economics or a related field.
  • At least 03 years of experience in a similar position preferably with experience in the retail industry headhunting and HR training.
  • Dynamic creative quickthinking proactive in work and proactive in solving problems at the root cause.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and teamwork skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Integrity passion and datadriven.
