SRE Lead Engineer

KTI Talent Indicator is a talent discovery software platform with AI that offers: talent mapping assessment and reskilling services with training to companies. We are looking for a SRE Lead Engineer for an important client in the engineering sector.

Location:Ho Chi Minh Vietnam

Functions

1. Accountability for SRE DevOps and QA: Ensure system readiness.
2. CI/CD Pipelines: Design implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions Azure DevOps Jenkins GitLab CI/CD.
3. Infrastructure Management: Manage infrastructure (servers VMs containers Kubernetes cloud services) using IaC tools like Helm Terraform CloudFormation.
4. System Monitoring and Optimization: Implement monitoring solutions with Prometheus Grafana EFK Stack Datadog to ensure system health and performance.
5. Automation and Scripting: Develop scripts (Bash Ansible Python PowerShell) for automation.
6. Collaboration and Communication: Work with crossfunctional teams for requirements gathering technical guidance and efficient delivery.
7. Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices conduct vulnerability assessments ensure compliance.
8. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in processes tools and technologies.
9. Documentation: Maintain technical documentation.
10. Engineering Support: Lead support for infrastructure stack and technology component upgrades.

Requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
2. Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role preferably in a software development or IT operations environment.
3. Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g. Bash Ansible Python PowerShell).
4. Strong knowledge of CI/CD concepts and experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. GitHub Actions Jenkins GitLab CI/CD).
5. Strong proficiency in hardening deploying and supporting a system using orchestration technologies (e.g. Docker Kubernetes) in a production environment.
6. Strong proficiency in deploying managing and maintaining Kubernetes and network environments with IaC in production environments.
7. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and infrastructureascode tools (e.g. Helm Terraform CloudFormation).
8. Solid understanding of Linux/Unix systems administration and networking concepts.
9. Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g. Prometheus Grafana ELK stack).
10. Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing security controls.
