Data Engineer

Job Description:

• Develop and build largescale data storage and processing systems (Big Data).
• Construct flexible highly reliable ETL solutions to facilitate the extraction/ingestion of various types of data (structured unstructured streaming) from multiple sources.
• Create and develop data mining tools and data management solutions.
• Design detailed solutions for data collection standardization cleansing enrichment storage processing analysis and visualization of large datasets.
• Collaborate with and support Data Scientists in transforming models machine learning algorithms data mining into specifications and software designs to ensure efficient implementation and deployment in distributed computing environments with good scalability as input data volume grows rapidly.
• Design solutions and directly develop platformlike modules libraries with high reusability and broad impact.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or higher with a good classification in Data Science Computer Science Information Technology Applied Mathematics Telecommunications or related fields.
• Knowledge of programming data structures & algorithms.
• Knowledge of distributed data storage processing and big data processing (Hadoop Spark Elastic Search etc.).
• Understanding of data processing flows (batch processing stream processing etc.).
• Knowledge of various types of databases (RDBMS Graph Databases NoSQL Products etc.).
• Proficiency in programming languages (Java Scala etc.) SQL.
• Proficient in one of the big data storage and processing framework library (Hadoop Spark Kafka Zookeeper etc.).
• Proficient in one of the database types (Oracle Neo4j HBase Cassandra MongoDB etc.).
