Genius Talent is seeking a Housing Progam Associate for our client, a national nonprofit organization in Raleigh. We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and call center experience is preferred.
POSITION SUMMARY: Performs administrative and clerical support functions for the Housing Program. Monitor call center line and conduct customer intakes.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Conducts the intake process for program customers, gathering information, and answering questions concerning the application process and required materials.
2. Inputs customer information, demographics, and appointment information into multiple client management systems. Monitor call center phone line.
3. Orders and maintains a library of workshop materials and office supplies.
4. Responds to customer inquiries, providing information, or referring individuals to internal or external services for assistance.
5. Performs administrative and clerical support functions for the Housing Program.
6. Schedules and manages the appointment calendar for assigned housing staff.
7. Assists in the development and completion of reports detailing program progress. Track customer satisfaction survey responses.
8. Active participation in staff meetings and conference calls.
9. Where applicable, comply with the National Industry Standards for Homeownership Education and Counseling.
10. Participate in professional development activities.

ROLE QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience Requirements
• High school diploma/GED
• Must have own transportation, a valid driver's license, and vehicle insurance.
• 1-2 years of experience in an office environment working with clients, reviewing files and records, and maintaining a filing system of client records
• Bilingual may be required. Skills and Abilities

• Ability to effectively communicate in a professional manner, both orally and in writing
