We are looking to onboard a Retail Sales Manager to our NYC team. This role is based in New York out of our Showroom in Soho but will be responsible for the management of dealers by leading sales nationally in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek new dealers
- Organize sales network by territory.
- Collaborate to prepare monthly quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Ability to travel to different territories throughout the US.
- Knowledge and understanding of technical product to offer solutions.
- Knowledge of full product portfolio awareness through delivering company and product presentations
- Strong focus on building a stable project pipeline.
- Monitor market and share sales leads with relevant colleagues.
- Communicate efficiently with management in a timely manner.
- Develop key relationships with high-end dealers and specifiers.
- Successfully work both individually and with colleagues in Showroom and the A&D Specifier to achieve company objectives, targets and goals
- Ability to work in the showroom when not traveling.
Requisiti
- At least 5 years of Commercial Furniture experience in the US market
- Strong dealer relationships
- Experience working for luxury design brands.
- Efficient in using CRM systems.
- Ability to read architectural construction drawings and plans.
- Natural stones or wood design products knowledge preferred.
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with excellent planning skills
- Strong computer literacy skills; Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle NetSuite or similar
- Flexibility with working hours to attend events/meetings.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000
