We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to oversee and enhance our HR functions. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of HR practices employment law and a commitment to fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process including job postings interviewing and onboarding.
- Implement and oversee performance management systems including employee evaluations and feedback processes.
- Advise management on HR policies procedures and best practices.
- Lead employee relations efforts addressing issues and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
- Manage benefits and compensation programs ensuring they are competitive and compliant with regulations.

Qualifications:
