Position Overview:
We are seeking a pionate and resultsdriven Events Sales Manager to join our team in Wisconsin. In this role you will be responsible for driving sales and managing client events from inception to . You will work closely with clients to understand their needs develop tailored event solutions and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their event goals and objectives.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for client events.
  • Event Planning: Collaborate with clients to conceptualize plan and execute memorable events that align with their vision and budget.
  • Vendor Management: Source and manage relationships with vendors venues and other service providers to ensure seamless event .
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Budget Management: Create and manage event budgets ensuring profitability while delivering exceptional value to clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing operations and creative teams to ensure all aspects of the event are coordinated effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful events.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal ss with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Strong organizational ss and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for events.
