Position Overview:
We are seeking a pionate and resultsdriven Events Sales Manager to join our team in Wisconsin. In this role you will be responsible for driving sales and managing client events from inception to . You will work closely with clients to understand their needs develop tailored event solutions and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their event goals and objectives.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for client events.
- Event Planning: Collaborate with clients to conceptualize plan and execute memorable events that align with their vision and budget.
- Vendor Management: Source and manage relationships with vendors venues and other service providers to ensure seamless event .
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth.
- Budget Management: Create and manage event budgets ensuring profitability while delivering exceptional value to clients.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful events.
