Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customerfocused individuals to join our retail team in St. Louis MO. As a Retail Team Member you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service maintaining product displays and contributing to a positive shopping experience for all customers. Youll work collaboratively with team members to ensure the store operates smoothly and meets daily goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and ist customers offering product recommendations and answering any questions.
- Cashiering: Operate the cash register process payments and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Product Merchandising: Stock shelves organize product displays and ensure the store is visually appealing and wellmaintained.
- Inventory Management: ist in receiving restocking and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean orderly and safe for customers and staff.
- Sales Support: Promote ongoing sales special offers and instore events.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues and management to meet store targets and deliver outstanding service.
Qualifications:
- CustomerFocused: Pion for helping customers and creating a welcoming environment.
- Team Player: Ability to work cooperatively with others in a fastpaced retail setting.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational ss with the ability to maintain product displays and inventory.
- Communication Ss: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal ss.
- Basic Math Ss: Ability to handle transactions process payments and provide accurate change.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs stand for extended periods and move around the store.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail customer service or sales environment.
- Familiarity with pointofsale (POS) systems.
