What youll do.
- Recruit elite talent across all functions of the business
- Create and place job postings and other media to attract candidates
- Write technical and nontechnical job descriptions
- Compose job offer letters
- Onboard new hires and coordinate their entry into their departments
What youll need.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- 4 years of experience in a recruitment role
- A warmth for people and genuine care in making the recruiting and onboarding experience the first of many great moments in an employees journey
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques
- A solid work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced startup environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication ss.
- Experience working in a highoutput team.
What will stand out
- A robust active network within the tech industry generally would be great within the web3 and data services industry.
- 4 years of experience in a similar role at an earlystage startup company.
- Bachelors or masters degree in business management/administration industrial/organizational psychology or another relevant field.
- Previous involvement or a strong interest in web3/crypto technologies
