Job Description
A food and beverage manufacturing company is looking for a new Senior Accountant to join their team! The ideal candidate has 3-7 years of Accounting experience, experience working with an ERP system, and a Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting.
Responsibilities:
- Invoice customers based on daily production through mail, email & customer portal
- Maintain vendor contacts
- Support annual audit
- Track & post activity related to company cash accounts, record cash receipts against AR balance
- Monthly Bank Reconciliations
- Provide daily reporting to senior management on cash activity
- Maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliations for AR impacted accounts, resolving any discrepancies
- Communicate cross departmentally across all levels of the organization
- Own Aged Payables, working with outside clients to resolve outstanding past due balances, providing status updates weekly
Requirements
Requirements:
- 3-7 years experience in accounting - MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS!!
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience working with an ERP system
