Senior Accountant

• Invoice customers based on daily production through mail, email & customer portal
  
• Maintain vendor contacts
  
• Support annual audit
  
• Track & post activity related to company cash accounts, record cash receipts against AR balance
  
• Monthly Bank Reconciliations
  
• Provide daily reporting to senior management on cash activity
  
• Maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliations for AR impacted accounts, resolving any discrepancies
  
• Communicate cross departmentally across all levels of the organization
  
• Own Aged Payables, working with outside clients to resolve outstanding past due balances, providing status updates weekly
  

Requirements

• 3-7 years experience in accounting - MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS!!
  
• Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance
  
• Experience working with an ERP system
