IMMEDIATE OPENING ACCOUNTANT $85K MADERA CA

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting transactions including A/P and A/R
• Process payroll and reconcile bank statements
• Prepare monthly financial statements
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate recordkeeping
• Assist with tax preparation and regulatory compliance
• Conduct monthly quarterly and annual closings
• Prepare financial reports and budgets

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Accountant
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field preferred
