Job Description


What You Will Do

  • Work with internal departments such as the Marketing, Operations or Product teams to ensure satisfactory service delivery and execute sales-focused campaigns

  • Develop a pipeline of prospective clients and pitch relevant services and/or investment products to them.

  • Convert prospects to paying customers and generate repeat business through excellent relationship management.

  • Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation

  • Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures

  • Tracking and analysing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics

  • Design sales strategies to achieve KPIs and ROI targets.

  • Develop policies and strategies to attain and exceed sales target

  • Identify and take advantage of opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to clients.

  • Stay up-to-date on competition and the industry, reporting new developments and trends.

  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service

  • Manage a team of sales officers to ensure sales targets are exceeded

  • Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values always



Requirements


  • Three (3) years of experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Three (3) years of experience selling real estate investment products to HNIs and mass affluent.

  • Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent communication skills across different levels of management.

  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns

  • Experience in the design and implementation of successful sales strategies

  • Ability to manage and mentor sales officers
