SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented individual to join our team as an Accountant.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily financial records assisting with administrative tasks and supporting the overall efficiency of the office.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Account Bookkeeping:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records including the recording of daily transactions reconciling accounts and preparing financial statements.
- Assist with invoicing tracking payments and managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Monitor expenses and report discrepancies or issues to management.
- Assisting in Administrative Duties:
- Provide support in organizing office activities including scheduling meetings managing calendars and handling correspondence.
- Assist in preparing reports presentations and other documentation as required.
- Help with filing data entry and other clerical duties to ensure smooth office operations.
- Other Duties as Assigned:
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support various departments and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on improving administrative processes.
Requirements
- Education:
- HND or Bachelor s Degree in a related field (e.g. Accounting Business Administration Finance).
- Experience:
- 03 years of experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of bookkeeping and administrative functions.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Sage) and MS Office applications particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
