We are looking to employ a salesdriven and customeroriented Sales Officer to oversee a geographical area and determine the most effective solutions to increase company secondary sales ensure revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives within the assigned area.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential customers retailers distributors and other stakeholders.
- Meet sales targets by effectively managing and guiding the sales team.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends customer needs and competitor activities.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress and optimize strategies.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities market trends and competitor analysis to management.
