Job Summary
As a Sales Promoter you will be responsible for actively engaging with customers in open market settings to promote and sell our products. Your role will involve creating a positive brand experience identifying customer needs and driving sales through effective promotions and product demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction
- Collect and report feedback from customers to assist in improving product offerings and marketing strategies
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and local regulations
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of products promotions and industry trends
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or promotional roles is preferred
- Excellent communication interpersonal persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet targets in a dynamic environment
- Minimum of OND in a related field
Bachelor (Master s a plus) degree in relevant field 5+ years of experience in institutional fundraising and corporate partnerships in sectors such as healthcare, agriculture, climate, and education. Strong understanding of funder goals, objectives, requirements and procedures. Knowledge and experience of responding to funding calls from funders and developing funding relationships with private and corporate foundations. Experience in developing and maintaining partnerships with organizations to collaborate on project ideas. Business development pro with strong relationship building skills. Builds networks and makes connections in relevant industries. Goal-oriented, dependable, and understands C m's mission. Grasps complex issues and sees the value of partnerships. Adapts between teamwork and independent work. Self-motivated, resourceful, and has an entrepreneurial mindset. Excellent communicator with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
