Job Description
- Recruiting and interviewing potential applicants.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Maintaining employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Monitoring staff attendance.
- Handling staff’s medical insurance program with the company’s respective counterparties.
- Representing employer in recruiting events.
- Maintaining and updating the HR system.
- Handling all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems.
- Promoting HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Organizing quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
- Enhancing job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Providing support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolving any issues that may arise.
