1. Introduce high-quality live content, agencies and hosts. Responsible for business development, strategic/marketing/branding cooperation, project contract signing and negotiation, project follow-up, and result review.
2. Develop and deepen the resources of African market, and expand local cooperation resources such as MCN institutions/communication operators/advertising companies/talent agencies to achieve business goals.
3. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
4. Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement.
5. Formulate operation strategy based on the user, client demand, and local market trend. Aim to increase the market share and dominate the live-streaming industry of the African market.
Skills and Qualifications
1. Proficient in English & French.
2. Excellent team work spirit, good communication and presentation skills; Strong team management and leadership.
3. Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role; Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
4. Solid experience with MS Office.
5. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Goal-oriented.
6. African local cooperation resources is preferred.
