Job Description
- This role can be based in Asia or the Middle East and there will be lots of travel attached to the position.
- This Group Chef role will cover his global operations, help with new openings, menu development, improving operations, chef training, SOP’s, kitchen design etc!
- We need a highly skilled Chef who has had really strong experience with very high-end Japanese cuisine, teamed with some experience of European cooking too.
- Versatile, flexible, passionate, hungry, talented, hard-working, inspiring, great chef and kitchen manager … are some of the characteristics & skills that we are looking for.
- We are looking for outstanding experience within stand-alone luxury & acclaimed restaurants around the world.
