Key Responsibilities:

• Mentorship and Team Development:

  • Mentor junior designers, providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback to help them develop their skills and confidence in product design.

• Workshops and Design Sprints:

  • Facilitate workshops and design sprints that encourage creativity and innovation within the design team, fostering a collaborative and energetic work environment.

• Adaptability Across Industries:

  • Adapt your design approaches to meet the unique challenges presented by different industries, ensuring that your solutions are relevant, impactful, and tailored to user needs.

  • Design Strategy Development:

  • Project Leadership:

Desired candidate profile

• Extensive Background: A minimum of 5 years of experience in product design is required, along with a robust portfolio that showcases a breadth of work across different platforms, technologies, and industries.

• Research and Prototyping Experience: Proven experience in user research, prototyping, and usability testing, with a solid track record of utilizing data to inform and refine design decisions.

• Tech Industry Experience: Prior experience in a tech-focused or digital media environment is preferred, enabling you to thrive in our fast-paced setting.
