You will leverage your expertise in chat-based sales, process optimization, and team management to maximize performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.As a Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of chat sales agents focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data trends and customer support metrics (KPIs, FTH, MTH, chat volume, CSAT, Trustpilot reviews) to create detailed reports, develop action plans, and meet departmental sales targets.
Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine chat sales processes to enhance efficiency, reduce response times, and improve the overall customer journey.
Customer-Centric Approach: Cultivate a customer-first sales culture by ensuring the team effectively understands and addresses customer needs, driving retention and repeat business.
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Support, and Product, to align sales initiatives with overall company objectives.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular sales reports, analyze data trends, and draw actionable insights to inform decision-making.
Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine chat sales processes to improve efficiency, reduce response times, and enhance the customer journey.
