Creative Lead

Roles and responsibilities

• We’re looking for someone who’s not only passionate about gaming and virtual spaces, but also has a strong creative side to support avatar and fashion design.

• Support for Creators: Provide guidance and support to in-game creators, fostering a collaborative and creative environment that encourages innovation and experimentation.

• Community Engagement: Actively engage with our community to understand their needs and preferences. Utilize your experience in gaming or forum communities to tailor designs and events that resonate with users.

• Proactive Contributions: Take the initiative to propose new ideas and improvements that can enhance our live operations, helping to push our platform forward.

• Pixel Art Creation: Design and create eye-catching pixel art and avatar assets, with a special focus on fashion items that appeal to our community. Experience with animated assets is a plus!

• Collaborative Iteration: Work with the team to refine your designs based on constructive feedback, ensuring that each piece reaches its highest potential through multiple revision stages.

• Event Art Assets: Contribute to the creation of art assets for in-game events and social media campaigns. Ensure all designs align with the theme and objectives of each event, enhancing the overall experience for players.
